Damage Free Fender

This left-front collision impacted the front bumper, left fender, and left headlight, with cosmetic carryover into the left front door. We began with a thorough teardown and structural verification using OEM data to ensure precise mounting points and true panel geometry before parts installation.

Approved components—front bumper, left fender, and left headlight—were test-fit for uniform gaps at the hood, fender, and door. Minor adjacent distortions were corrected to lock in OEM-correct lines. In refinish, our paint team performed an exact color match using a spectrophotometer and multi-light checks, then refinished the front bumper and left fender and blended seamlessly into the left front door. Multi-stage base/clear, proper flash and bake, and a light polish delivered factory-level gloss and texture.

Systems were validated with pre-/post-scans to clear DTCs and confirm lighting/ADAS (if equipped). The new left headlight was installed and precisely aimed to Ford specs, followed by a road test to verify quiet panel fit and function.

A final quality control review—panel gaps, finish, torque, and detailing—ensured the truck returned safe, straight, and factory-fresh. The result: indistinguishable color transitions, crisp body lines, and a confident delivery for our repeat Pearland client.
