🛠️ Project Spotlight: Extensive Rear and Chassis Repair - Low Mileage Vehicle

This project encompassed significant structural and panel repairs following a collision, focusing primarily on the rear section and crucial chassis components of a vehicle with only 887 miles. The goal was a complete, safe restoration.

The repair, totaling over $15,000, involved replacing major structural elements, including the rear body panel, the rear floor pan, and the left frame rail and extension. We also conducted detailed repair work on the left quarter panel and installed a new rear bumper. In addition to the rear damage, components on the front bumper were replaced to ensure a seamless front-end appearance.

A critical final step was performing all necessary ADAS calibrations (Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems). This step is non-negotiable for modern safety systems, ensuring the vehicle's cameras and sensors function precisely as the manufacturer intended. Jason May handled the repair process, which was coordinated with the insurance company, Amica.

The comprehensive structural replacement and calibration work ensures the vehicle's integrity and safety are fully restored, providing the owner with a confident return to the road.

Result: Complete structural integrity restoration and full ADAS functionality on a near-new vehicle.
