This Atlas arrived with significant impact to the left rear door and center pillar (B-pillar). We began with a full teardown and structural verification, mapping all primary and secondary damage before authorizations with Progressive. Using OEM data, we confirmed measurements and anchoring points so repairs would restore factory geometry and safety performance.

Approved replacements included the left quarter panel, left front door, and left rear door. Each panel was test-fit to achieve uniform gaps and OEM-correct body lines across the rocker, pillar, and roof rails. We performed targeted structural repairs to the center pillar to recover strength and alignment, then locked everything in prior to refinish.

Our paint team executed an exact color match with spectrophotometer readings and multi-light checks. The new panels were refinished and blended for indistinguishable transitions, followed by proper flash/bake cycles and a controlled polish to deliver factory-level gloss and texture.

Systems and safety checks included pre-/post-scans to clear DTCs and verify that lighting and driver-assist features (if equipped) operated as designed. A final quality control review—panel gaps, finish consistency, hardware torque, and road test—confirmed a complete, confidence-inspiring repair.
